What if it doesn’t work?
The guarantee
By month six, the signups we bring you from AI search will be worth at least $5,000 a month. If not, we keep working for free.
Not happy with your first month? Tell us within 30 days and you get that month’s fee back, on any plan. You keep the work, and the plan ends there.
We only offer the guarantee when our forecast for your pages is at least twice your number. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you on the call. I take on three new clients a quarter.

- 1We set your number together. In month one, from your own figures: how many signups become paying customers, and what a customer pays in their first year. That tells us how many signups a month are worth $5,000 to you.
- 2We count it in your analytics. Signups from people whose visit started on a page we built, from Google or an AI assistant. Every monthly report shows the count.
- 3At month six: the number is there, or we keep working for free. If your number isn’t there by month six, we keep working without a fee until it is, for up to three months. You keep everything we build.
What you get
There’s no month-long strategy phase. Setup and live pages happen side by side.

Kickoff and a walkthrough of your product, then we create an account and use it ourselves. Signup tracking set up and checked in your analytics. A review of the comparisons buyers run and who wins them today.

Week 2
A baseline of where you show up on Google, and what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews say, for 25 of your buyers’ questions. A technical check (indexing, crawl errors, speed, structured data), with fixes listed for your developer. Your first refreshes go live.

- 4 new pages: alternatives, comparison (“you vs a competitor”), best-of and use-case pages. Each one is written by someone who has used your product.
- 2 of your existing pages refreshed: current facts, clearer structure, a stronger next step.
- Briefs, editing, and revisions until it’s right.
- Publishing in your CMS, if you give us access.
On-page and technical
- Internal links, titles, meta descriptions and schema on every page we touch.
- Pages shaped so AI answers can quote them: direct answers, comparison tables, FAQs.
- A check on the pages we work on, with any fixes listed for your developer.
AI search
- 25 buyer questions checked across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews: who gets named, and whether it’s you.
- Fixing what AI gets wrong about your product, by making your site, profiles and listings say the same thing.
- Disclosed answers in the Reddit threads and communities AI answers quote.
Links and authority
- One linkable asset a quarter: an original stats page or data study about your category, built to earn links and AI citations.
- Outreach every month to earn links to that asset and to your key pages.
- Pitching you into the roundups and “best of” lists your buyers’ AI answers quote.
Reporting and access
- A monthly report: your signup count against your number, pages shipped, rankings, the AI answers that now name you, and what’s next.
- A monthly strategy call with me, and weekly written updates in between.
- Me on your account, every month.
Not included: paid ads, social media, website design or development work, and anything outside SEO and AI search.

By month six, if the pages we build bring you signups a month, they're worth about $5,000 a month in first-year revenue. If they're not there yet, we keep working for free, for up to three months.
Your signups are worth so much that fewer than 10 a month would cover the fee. We set the number at 10, so chance doesn't decide it.
That's a high number, because each signup is worth little at your price. The guarantee may not fit your product.
How we worked it out
Next, we check whether the searches in your market can bring at least twice that number. That's our forecast, and we only offer the guarantee when it does. If your number is high for your market, we'll say so on the call.

What if we stop before a 3 or 6-month plan ends?
The months on your plan are still due. That’s the trade for the lower rate. The first-month money-back works on every plan: ask within 30 days of starting and you get that month’s fee back, and the plan ends there.
What happens when a plan ends?
You can renew at the same rate, or carry on month to month at $5,000.
Is the guarantee the same on every plan?
Yes. Your signup number is always worked out on $5,000 a month, even if you pay less on a longer plan.
Can we get more than 4 new pages a month?
Yes. We can run two at $10,000 a month, with your signup number set for the larger fee. Ask about it on the call.
Is there a separate budget for links?
No. Links come from one linkable asset a quarter, outreach every month, and getting you into the roundups AI answers quote. All of it is part of the plan.
