Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All projects are subject to our availability. This depends on the number of clients on our waitlist, and which we can work with at that point in time. If we can’t onboard you at a particular period, we’ll let you know.

2. Delivery Location

All our products and services can be ordered by anyone anywhere in the world. This is because all deliveries are done digitally.

3. Delivery Time

We work mostly with clients on an ongoing basis on a monthly retainer. This means that we continue working on and delivering your services, as long as you remain a client. Once you’ve made payment for a specific project, we’ll share the timeline for the delivery with you.

Please note that these are estimates and would commence from the day the contract is signed.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill the deliverables for each month as promised during the business days. Please note that business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

We do not deliver on weekends.

4. Delivery Instructions

For digital products, they’re automatically downloadable. For full-service content marketing services, this will be delivered based on the estimated delivery date and terms are provided in the signed contract.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not applied to our products and services due to their nature of delivery. However, clients may be required to pay for the sales tax charges, depending on their location.
