Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This policy covers the Signup Engine, our done-for-you SEO and AI search service, for agreements signed on or after October 22, 2026. Agreements signed before that date keep the terms written in them.

2. Cancelling

• Month to month: you can stop at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Email support@yourcontentmart.co. The fee for the notice period is due, and we deliver the work planned for that period. There’s no minimum term and no fee for leaving.
• 3 or 6-month plans: you’ve chosen a lower monthly rate in return for the months on your plan, so those months are due even if you stop early. When the plan ends, you can renew at the same rate or move to month to month at $5,000.
• Your first month: the money-back in section 3 applies on every plan. A refund ends the plan, with nothing more due.
• You keep everything we’ve delivered and you’ve paid for.
• If a project goes quiet for more than 30 days (no replies, no approvals, no access), we may end the agreement. We’ll tell you in writing first and give you 14 days to reply.

3. Your first month: money back

If you’re not happy with the work in your first month, for any reason, email us within 30 days of your start date. We’ll refund that month’s fee in full.

• You keep whatever we delivered in that month.
• We reply within 2 business days and pay the refund within 10 to 14 business days of replying.
• The refund ends the agreement.
• It’s available once per company.

4. Month six: the signup guarantee

What we promise. By month six, the pages we build will bring you enough signups each month to be worth at least $5,000 a month. If they don’t, we keep working without a fee until they do, for up to three months.

How the number is set. In your first month, we work out your signup number together from your own figures:

• Value of one signup = the share of signups that become paying customers x what a paying customer pays you in their first year.
• Signup number = $5,000 / the value of one signup, with a minimum of 10. We use $5,000 on every plan, even if you pay less on a 3 or 6-month plan.

Both sides sign a one-page signup number sheet by day 30. It records the figures used, the number, the pages it covers and how signups are counted. The sheet is part of your agreement.

How signups are counted.

• Signups (the event named on the sheet, such as a trial started) in a visit that began on a page we built or refreshed.
• From AI search, which here means Google and other search engines (including Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode) and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Claude.
• For pages we refreshed, only the increase over that page’s average for the three months before.
• Counted in your own analytics, which we get read access to.
• Over the 30 days ending on day 180. Every monthly report shows the count so far.

When the guarantee applies. We offer it when our forecast for your pages is at least twice your signup number. We’ll tell you before you sign whether it applies. It’s written on the sheet.

What we need from you.

1. Signup tracking working by day 30. We’ll help set it up. If it isn’t ready by then, the six months start on the day it works.
2. An account in your product for our writers.
3. Feedback on drafts within 5 business days, and approved pages live within 5 business days (or access for us to publish them). Delays add the same time to the clock.
4. Fixes we flag as blocking (for example, pages not being indexed) made within 30 days. Delays add the same time to the clock.
5. Your fees paid for months one to six. You can still leave in any month, but the guarantee only covers clients who are with us at month six.
6. A heads-up before big site changes: a new domain, a migration, a redesign of your signup flow, removing or redirecting our pages, or moving away from self-serve signups. These pause the clock, or we agree a new number in writing.

What doesn’t pause the clock. Google updates, changes to AI answers and competitors’ moves. Those are our risk.

If the number is missed.

• Free months start on day 181, with the same work. We choose the mix that’s most likely to reach the number.
• They stop when the number is reached in any 30-day window. Paid months then carry on, month to month, if you want them to.
• If the number still isn’t reached after three free months, the agreement ends unless we both want to continue. You keep all the work.
• The signup guarantee is paid in work, not cash. It doesn’t add a refund on top of the free months.

After month six. There’s no new guarantee after month six. The Signup Engine carries on month to month, and you can stop with 30 days’ notice.

5. What we don’t promise

• A particular ranking on Google, or a mention in ChatGPT or any other AI assistant. No one can promise those.
• Results from work done by others on your site, or results affected by changes you or another provider make to our pages.

6. If we don’t deliver what we agreed

If we don’t deliver the work set out in a month’s plan, tell us. We’ll deliver it, or refund the part of that month’s fee that covers it, whichever you prefer.

7. How to ask for a refund

Email support@yourcontentmart.co with “Refund request” in the subject, your company name, and what the request is about. We reply within 2 business days.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version applies to agreements signed after the change. It doesn’t change an agreement you’ve already signed unless we both agree in writing.
